Why do I need to be verified to access listings?

Verification protects our members’ privacy and ensures that all parties are qualified, resulting in a safer and more rewarding marketplace for both buyers and sellers.

Is there a cost associated with becoming a member?

Yes. To maintain the integrity of our pre-vetted community, all applicants must complete a verification process. The standard verification fee is £150, which includes up to two attempts to successfully complete the process.

Verification ensures your identity, purchasing power, and interest alignment meet the platform’s standards. The only grounds for rejection are failure to provide valid identification or proof that supports your selected interests or target budget. This fee is non-refundable, but it will be deducted from your membership fee upon approval.

Yes. You can select multiple roles during registration by contacting us directly to discuss your bespoke membership.

How do I select my interest categories during registration?

During onboarding, you’ll choose the categories most relevant to your needs—such as real estate, marine, automotive, or aviation—so your experience is personalised from the start.

Will my account give me access to all categories?

Yes. Once verified, your account provides access to all categories unless restrictions apply based on your selected role or vetting level.

Listings & Opportunities

Who can see my listings?

Only qualified members with the ability to complete a transaction can view your listings.

This ensures that listings remain inaccessible to the general public. However, sellers may choose to feature a listing with limited details on our public site. All inquiries, however, can only be submitted by vetted members.

Can I browse listings without being a member?

No, only pre-vetted members with active accounts can view full listings.

However, sellers may choose to display limited details about their listings on our public site. Additionally, some listings are available to referred members applicants who have not fully completed the application process but have been verified by us or our partners for trial access.

What kinds of assets are listed on Viacole?
